Returns & refunds
If you wish to return an item, please email us on email@example.com and describe the reason why you wish to return the item. We will email you with a return label via email Print the label from your email. Print the label, safely re-pack the item you are returning, seal the box, affix the label to the outside of the box then ship It.
Once received, return packages are processed within 10 working days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by your issuing financial institute. Please contact them for details.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Provided the order hasn’t been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once approved, you will be fully refunded.
Please note that orders could be cancelled if ordered Item(s) are not available or there is a problem with the payment in which case you will be notified by email and will not be billed for any cancelled items.
